Flank Steak
4-5 lbs. flank steak
Marinade:
½ c. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
½ c. vinegar
½ c. soy sauce
1 c. onion, minced
1 tbsp. ginger
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. coarse black pepper
In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients together. Pour marinade over steak in a large Ziploc™ bag. Marinade for 2 days, rotating often.
Discard marinade. Grill flank steak on medium for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Cut on diagonal into thin strips and serve.
