Retailers can add Private/Internal notes to a registry to document registry, product or redemption information and notes.
To add a private note to a registry, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Roll over Gift Registry in the horizontal navigation. From the drop-down menu, click on Gift Lists.
- On the Registry Lists page, click on the registrant's name whose registry you wish to add a private note to.
- You'll be taken to the registry's Overview page. Click Gift List in the registry's navigation.
- On the registry's Gift Lift, there is a "Private Note ~ For Merchant Only / Not Visible to Public or Registrant:" field. Click Add to add a private note.
- A modal will open where you can enter a private note. Enter the note you wish to add to the registry.
- Click Update Note.
- This note will only be visible to your store's team members when logged in. This note is not visible to the public or the registrant.
