Your Shop Local Store has an updated feature: You can live chat with a Shop Local coach. All Shop Local members have access to live customer service seven days a week.
With the live chat feature, a Shop Local coach can quickly answer your questions and solve any problems your business may have.
Please follow the steps to access this feature:
Log in to your Shop Local account.
Roll over Management at the top of your page. In the drop-down menu under "Shop

Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: Your registrants can now share their registry at your store on The Knot more easily.
By default, The Knot lists manually added registries at the bottom of the page. The Knot lists registries from big-box names, like Target and Crate & Barrel, at the top of the page. Unfortunately, this makes it harder for gift givers to find your store in a registrant's list of registries.

How registrants can share their top registry items with family and friends.

Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: Your registrants can now designate an item on their registry as a most wanted item.
When a registrant marks an item as a most wanted item, the item is noted with a star and the text "This is a Most Wanted Item." This is displayed on the registry list and shares the registrant's top choices with family and friends.

Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: You (and your customers) can now easily see real-time shipping status for an order. Your Store displays the current shipping status (in transit, delivered, etc.) and the complete tracking history for the order.
Before this update, one had to view the shipping service’s website (e.g FedEx.com) to view its status. Now, you or shoppers can view all orders' real-time status on your Shop Local Store and in emails.
