AMARETTO SOUR
- 50ml amaretto liqueur (Amaretto di Saronno)
- 20ml orange juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml syrup
- 15ml of egg whites
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and whisk with a frother. Add ice, shake well, strain through a strainer, and pour into glass. Garnish with amarena cherries.

CLASSIC MOJITO
- 45ml white rum (Diplomatico Planas)
- 1/4 lime cut
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Peppermint
- Soda
Squeeze lime into glass and add sugar syrup, then add mint stems and mash lightly with pestle. Add the rum and let it sit for a moment so that the mint flavor infuses. Add crushed ice and soda, and garnish with mint.

While buying a beer this past weekend in Philadelphia, I spotted this cool beer can with a ‘Back to the Future’ themed design. I was happy to see on the can, which is brewed by Three 3’s Brewery, a “Drink Local” campaign. Supporting local businesses, whether they are breweries or gift shops, is a mission dear to us.
