Artisan Alessandro Taddei reimagined the shells, starfish, and sea creatures of the Italian coastline for our cheerful Bel Mare collection. Wanting to “create a new emotion for everyone who loves the sea,” Alessandro used playful, dreamy colors and simple shapes to bring fresh life to the sea.
Does it get any better than classic blue and white? The answer is a resounding YES it does! The icing on the cake is 24-karat gold -- hand painted, of course. Blue and white and gold -- oh yes!

Inspired by antique Vietnamese pottery, Sardine Run is named after the annual mass spawning of sardines in Southern Africa. The colours of Jersey Pottery’s Sardine Run ceramics are evocative of the sparkling waters of the mighty Atlantic and Indian oceans and its bold contemporary design combines the interlocked shapes of individual fish to create a stunning collection of casual tableware equally at home in a sun-drenched seaside villa as a chic city apartment.

Have you seen Mottahedeh's new Palma pattern?
Palma is a reproduction of a dinner service, circa 1840, designed by Fyodor Solntsev, the great Russian art historian, who painted interiors for cathedrals and designed much of the Kremlin under the patronage of Tsar Nicolas I.
Neptune, the mythical god of the seas, is the name given to this sparkling collection of casual everyday ceramics and giftware featuring six popular and iconic marine creatures. Universally adored, the beautifully drawn puffin, starfish, dolphin, loggerhead turtle, sperm whale and seahorse designs are complemented by the background ocean-colour palette of the durable bone china tableware range and gift accessories such as clocks, tablemats and coasters.

I was inspired by yet another LCWF grant to protect the monarch butterfly. I studied the many patterns of their wings and created this fun “up” Collection. Each butterfly...
